An interimAnnual Fire Safety Statement has been obtained and submitted to Council whichdemonstrates that the majority of essential fire safety measures within thebuilding are operating to the required standards of performance. Council recognises the need foran efficient method to gather and analyse customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.This initiative aims to enhance the customer experience by providing immediatefeedback after interactions with Council services. The integration will streamlinethe process for submitting common requests via the Snap Send Solve platform,providing the community with a user-friendly, mobile-first experience. It willalso help reduce manual processing, improve data accuracy, and enhance customerexperience. Community feedback onCouncil’s presence in these Facebook groups and the Customer ServiceFacebook page has been overwhelmingly positive.
