What It Means to Raise Your Vibrational Energy
The law of vibration is about understanding the universal laws at play. Your personal experiences, both good and bad, are deeply connected to the law of vibration. By speaking or thinking positive affirmations, you activate a higher frequency, sending positive signals to the Universe and attracting like-minded energy. Raising your vibrational frequency is one of the most powerful ways to shift your reality.

New age music works well especially if it doesn’t have lyrics which can be distracting. Instrumental music can also work, which for myself, house music works well too. To communicate with spirit, those who have crossed over, spirit guides and the higher self, we have to raise our vibration to reach up to spirit. It takes much longer for anything to manifest here in the physical plane, which is why patience is such a virtue. Acts of kindness remind you of your own blessings, further elevating your vibration.

Eating greens and cutting down alcohol can turn out to be the easiest way to increase your vibration. To remain spiritually connected, you must cut down on your drinking habits and release toxins from your body. High vibration foods are nuts, honey, chocolate, rice seeds, herbal tea, etc. These food items have high energy and help you feel good instantly. This can also work as a simple experiment you do with yourself to understand the importance of higher energy. Whether it's pursuing a hobby, spending quality time with friends, or volunteering, find ways to fill your life with positive experiences.
For that reason, be aware of what’s going on inside you and around you. Surround yourself with what you want in life, fill your mind with positivity and purpose, send love to all those around you, and live every day with good intentions. Always drink plenty of water to assist your body in flushing out toxicity day to day.
Love is one of the highest frequencies — but authenticity is believed to vibrate 400 times higher than love — and one that we should always aim to embody. I’ve experimented a lot with high-vibrational smoothies, because they’re easy to make, refreshing, and delicious! They’re also very colourful because they’re made with raw fruits and vegetables that align with our chakra colours. This is very close to the the “love frequency” — AKA “the miracle tone” — which vibrates at 528 Hz.
If you have a dream or a plan, honor it, celebrate it, share it with friends, and try to stay positive while focusing on it and thinking about it! When you see something ugly, for example, trash on the street, create an image where the street is clean and you are happy and make it real. Or, if you see a sick person who doesn’t look good, imagine them beautiful and healthy. As you do so, also focus on the emotions and thoughts the image arouses in you.
High-vibrational living means honouring your physical form with care and presence. For instance, the topaz is believed to bring joy, generosity, and abundance, while turquoise is known for promoting healing and balance. When your vibration is low, it’s like your body and mind are running on low-grade fuel—you can still move, but everything feels heavier and slower. If so, that’s a sign you’re operating from a lower frequency.
The more thoroughly you process your emotions, the quicker you can raise your vibration. Visualize how you want your day to go or what you want your life to look like. Sit in silence and bring the image of your desired day/life to mind. Observe all the details and really try to see it in your minds eye. One of the most impactful, feel-good things you can do is practice generosity.
For example, don’t expect your daily exercise to offer you a celebrity figure. Instead, take it as a part of your daily commitment to achieve your ultimate purpose in life. One time, I was thinking about a friend who I’ve met around 7 years ago in Southeast Asia.
With awareness comes the conscious effort to move towards a state of a higher vibration because this brings calm, joy, peace, and gratitude.
